Our prices vary on which package /or items you choose to hire.

More info is on our price list tab plus some extras! Any questions just ask! 

I want to book a party  How can i book?

 

Choose a party package and contact us to see if we have availability

You can message us on here or our Facebook/Instagram page.

Or by phone , text or email   You choose!

Once we confirm your party date is free. We will then email you a booking request  form.

We will require a deposit and some photo id ,to hold your  booking .

Once this has been received we will then send you  a hire agreement .

How do i pay? Which payment methods do you accept?
 

You can pay by bank transfer or cash in person .

Please note that the deposit will be returned by bank transfer .

All balances owing should be paid 24 hrs before the party .

Delivery Do you offer delivery and set up ?

Our prices are kept low because we offer Pick Up. However we can now offer delivery and set up for  a small charge, contact us for details.

If choosing the PICK UP option all of the packages must be picked up and returned to us. Our zip code is 6065.

All of our packages fit in a average sized car. Please make sure your car is empty of any baggage, car seats ,children etc...and that the seats have been put down as this makes handover easier and quicker!

This obviously depends on what package is being hired! Any questions just ask us.

 

Cleaning and Covid 19 Do you clean and sanitise ?

Yes you can  be assured that all hire equipment is cleaned thoroughly then sanitised .

All our staff have been fully vaccinated.

 

Stools and Tables What ages are your stools suitable for?

Our stools are recommended for the ages of 3 years upwards.

Our  party package tables can fit up to 10 children and our hire tables up to 8.

Party  Package Hire Do you split your packages ? 

No, we do not split or mix our packages.

 For example; If you wanted a Pirates and Princesses party together then it would be classed as 2 separate bookings.

Food and beverages Do you supply food and drink?

Food and drink are not supplied. Unless otherwise stated. It is the hirers responsibity to provide food.

Resuable tableware? Do i need to wash the reusable tableware if included in the package supplied?

We  do  require a quick rinse of the reusable bottles and plates.We do understand that if it's an outside venue with no facilities then  this is not possible. In that instance please discard any food scraps or liquids and then place in to the bag provided.

Guests? How many children can i invite?

Our themed parties are designed for 10 children.

Breakages,stains and loss? What if i lose, break or soil any items ?

Should a breakage occur or an item goes missing, the cost to replace the item will be deducted from your  security bond.

If we cannot remove a stain ourselves then we may charge a cleaning fee which will come out of your bond. If it is spoiled beyond repair you will be charged for a replacement. We do provide a clear reusable  tablecloth to protect our linen to prevent stains from occuring with all of our packages. It is your choice if you use this item.

Return of my bond When will will you return my bond?

We thoroughly check all of the packages returned to us for any missing items, breakages and stains etc.

We will return your bond by direct deposit in to your bank account  within 3-5 days. 

Personal details ? Do you keep my details on file  ? 

We do not share your personal details with any one!

All photo id will be deleted once the booking has been completed.

Pass The Party accepts no responsibility for  any injury or damage to any persons or property whilst in the  possesion of any of the hire equipment included  in Pass The Party packages.
